Our fruit spreads and sauces are made in small batches in our modern, state licensed kitchen under the highest standards with attention to quality control. We provide a homemade taste with the gourmet quality you deserve. Due to our northern latitude, our long summer days provide more sunlight on the cranberries. Sunlight is essential for sugar production in fruits; hence our cranberries have higher sugar content than cranberries grown elsewhere. The intensely deep scarlet color of Maine cranberries adds attractiveness to baked goods and sauces. Our cranberries also provide a wonderful garnish to poultry and meats.
