We are a small family owned farm and we pride ourselves in producing high quality cranberries. Our fruit spreads and sauces are hand made in small batches. We provide a home made taste with the gourmet quality you deserve. Due to our northern latitude, our long summer days provide more sunlight on the cranberries. Sunlight is essential for sugar production in fruits; hence our cranberries have higher sugar content than cranberries grown elsewhere. The intensely deep scarlet color of Maine cranberries adds attractiveness to baked goods and sauces. Our cranberries also provide a wonderful garnish to poultry and meats.
